You can play one of our scheduled tournaments, or bring ANY game and play it here anytime we are open. We have table space for miniatures, Clix, RPG’s and of course ccgs.
Hot Dogs, Dim Sims, Ice Cold Cans, chocolate bars and munchies available. Hot Chocolate and assorted percolated coffee's now available. For special events we also offer Hot Chips, Nachos and Zeppole (Italian Donuts)

October 26th – ST-06 Pre-Release (starter deck and Newtype booster) - Cost $50.00. Pre-registeration only taken in store with payment from our regular players on our emailing list. From October 22nd we will take pre-registration from other players, in store only. Registration for all other players will be available from October 22nd in store only. We do not use the Bandai registration system. On the day, players who do not show up or arrive after 12.10 pm (without prior arrangement) will forfeit their registration for the event and will have their entry fee converted into store credit.

Pack Rush is available for players that drop from the main event or that do not qualify for the top cut. $18.00 for any two packs from set 2-6. Two games per entry. “Unlimited” entry/re-entry . Promo card for every two wins (maximum of 4). Un timed event.

Entry: $60 – Format: – SEALED – Minimum 40 card deck. No colour restrictions. Unlimited copies of any card you pull. The Lilo promo card can not be used in the players deck.

Round Structure: 4-7 players: 3 rounds of 45 minutes, no top cut.
8-14 players: 4 rounds of 45 minutes, followed by a Top 4 cut (55 minutes per round)

October 4th – 300pt Victorian Modern State Championships ($30 Entry, Prizes and
trophy Event)
Monthly Events leading up to State Championships
Alternate Worlds and XIII Gaming will be hosting the 2025 Australian Heroclix League for Victoria. Events will be held once per month and have various formats (listed below) through the year. Each event will be 3 rounds of Swiss or 3 rounds of Round Robin if less than 6 players. Players will gain points, which will be used to score towards the state and nationals ladders for participation and placing. These placing will be used for seeding for the State Championship.
Premium International Event. Major prizes including a full Brick for 1st place and a chase booster for 2nd place.
November 1st – 300pt Modern Road To Nationals ($10 Entry) Nationals are in Queensland this year.
December 6th – 400pt Golden Age State Championships VIC ($10 Entry)
Cumulation of the Golden Age Ban League, no prizes apart from claiming the Title.
Highlander CCG Monthly
Format: Constructed – Russian Roulette (decks provided) Registration: 11.00 am - Prizes include: Promos and boosters. For the benefit of new players, we will be holding a monthly league of Russian Roulette (decks provided) from July - December 2025. Entry is $6.00, monthly prizes include a booster and a ripper promo and or two rippers. (Only these rippers can be used in the Russian Roulette events after the July event) Points scoring is 2 pts per win (3 for a head shot) and 1 pt for a loss. At the end of the league, everyone gets a promo and the overall high scorer for the league also wins a Quickening promo card
September 21st & October 12th - Format Russian Roulette (deck provided Designed for new players) Cost $6.00 - everyone gets a prize

Super Squadron RPG
Saturday February 5th/2022 @ 11.00 am @ Alternate Worlds. The heroes finally leave Europe, with Captain Plant left to monitor the situation. After months away from home the heroes get to fly back home, with the entire 1st class split level reserved for them courtesy of the movie company who employs Rose. (If the players ever read these tidbits, they might be surprised to find that this lengthy scenario is just the airplane flight back!.)
Saturday August 6th/2021 @ 6.30 pm @ Covid 19 online via discord for social distancing. The heroes have just defeated the threat in Europe. Rose was saved after Flying Cobra’s sacrifice. The last Hunter surfaced. A lost hero from was recovered who is a compatriot of Titania (Lady Sif) from the same dimension. Months away from home and the aftermath fallout has yet to settle!
Saturday May 1st/2021 @ 11.00 am @ Alternate Worlds – The heroes RP tour of England and France resulted is some “Heroic Exploits”, including there requested assistance in recovering Marie Antoinette’s watch. Followed by an encounter with an insane thief that could deflect bullets with swords and the return of Moon Beam, A superheroine from Titania’s dimension. If that wasn’t enough, Rose has been kidnapped by Death Adder who is demanding they locate Flying Cobra in 3 days or else – but isn’t Flying Cobra dead?
Saturday March 20th/2021 @ 11.00 am @ Alternate Worlds – With the addition of “Malcolm” to the team (!) and the mystery of Professor Sumdallamiller resolved, the heroes have a chance to relax. The heroes are invited to Europe all expenses paid as a PR exercise early next year. With some background checking they find that Europe suffer an average of 4 major terrorists attacks each month. Is there another reason why they were invited?

Sunday January 10th/2021 @ 6.30 pm – Covid 19 online via discord for social distancing. The Count is out for the final count, but without a body, what will the authorities think and what of Cassandra (Devon/Vali’s) missing and now amnesiac girlfriend is she safe? The epilogue with a twist!.

Unfortunately they have had to leave Cassandra (Devon/Vali’s) missing and now amnesiac girlfriend as the Count’s prisoner to prevent the Count from being aware that the heroes are on to him.

The heroes desperately search for more information on the Heartless killer and thanks to a new lead, they find Cassandra and the answer they have been looking for. “The Count” (an antagonist they haven’t met (?), who apparently hates Black Bolt is apparently a Vampire.
Sunday October 25th/2020 @ 6.30 pm – Covid 19 online via discord for social distancing. The heroes intercepted the Heartless killer and stopped a murder, but they still have not idea of their identity and were lucky to survive one of the most powerful antagonists they ever faced.

August 22nd/2020 @ 6.30 pm. The players have planned a “Sting” to capture the Flying Cobra.
May 2nd/2020 – A new player join the heroes ranks, who has yet to gain his powers. A secret meeting at Melbourne Uni, where Dr Sumdellamiller is going to showcase he latest and greatest invention to investors, government officials and selected privilaged few. It’s so secret, evenr the superhero contigent don’t know what it is, but then again, what can possibly go wrong?
Super Squadron is a Superhero role playing game, where players can generate a wide range of characters, duplicating their favourite comic book characters or create something totally original. Players can engage in a life of super-heroics or explore the complex world of being a super-villain. Super Squadron was originally published in 1983. We are currently working on a second edition, with multiple rule updates and expansions.
The premiere Australian Role Playing Game Super Squadron will be demonstrated fortnightly monthly. The Author will be available for Q&A, demo’s and will be running his campaign.
